2011 Recap: Locker only played in limited duty in 2011, throwing 66 passes over a five game span, but was very effective. In that span he tossed 4 TDs and INT, while also picking up 56 yards and a TD on the ground. This was roughly about the workload of 2 games. Average out what he did over those games and we have 277 yards passing, 28 yards rushing, 2 TDs passing, and .5 TDs rushing. Do your extrapolation over 16 games.
What’s Changed: Locker looks to have the inside track to start the season as the QB of the Titans. He has impressed in camp and all indications are that he will be the guy in 2012.
Outlook: I already have moved into the 15 spot at QB, so you know I have a man crush on Jake. He has immense upside with his ability to put the ball on a rope and take off for a long run at any time. With a nice set of weapons and a improved offensive line, Locker should be firmly placed on your sleeper list.
