Tony Sparano will implement a power running game which will be a stark contrast to the zone blocking scheme Shonn Greene has ran behind his first three seasons in the NFL. Greene hasn’t really been a consistently good RB in the zone scheme and may not have the power to be consistent in the power scheme. Not really buying the 300 carries the Jets plan on giving him this season. I think he will have a short leash and Bilal Powell has been having a great camp so far. I would rather pass on Greene and keep a close eye on how Powell, McKnight and Ganaway look this preseason.
