The Packers will be without Greg Jennings for at least a week, if not longer. It’s time for their young WRs to step up. James Jones will replace him in the lineup, but who will have more fantasy value.
James Jones is a guy who I joke is the fantasy player that gets you 3 in your lineup or 20 on your bench. I am not too far off. Week one he finished with 81 and a TD. Jennings out in week 2, Jones finished with 2 rec for -1. Last week no one even considered him and he had 5/56/2. Now, can he step up when the pressure is on to do so.
Randall Cobb was heavily involved in weeks 1 and 4 with 16/133. Weeks 2 and 3, not so much. The Packers say they want to use him in a ‘Darren Sproles’ type role. In PPR leagues this week, I think Cobb will be a good option. These guys need to step it up with Jennings sidelined. Who will it be?
