Kevin Olgetree was the darling of the fantasy world after week one. Owners had images of LoRo 2011 dancing through their heads. Too bad he hasn’t done a thing since then.
Yesterday it appeared as though he was benched in favor of Dwayne Harris, although Jason Garrett said the benching was due to a finger injury.
Cowboys insider Calvin Harris had this to say:
“Jason Garrett said a finger injury led to the No. 3 receiver getting some bench time in favor of Dwayne Harris. But it’s clear Ogletree has morphed back into what he is — an inconsistent receiver. He finished with four catches for 27 yards.”
It’s safe to say that either way, Olgetree could be dropped in just about all leagues. Unless Dez or Miles goes down, the 3rd WR on this team is basically useless from a fantasy perspective.
